The history of the Italian brand Pirelli dates back to the end of the XIX century. In 1872, Giovanni Battista Pirelli starts producing articles made of elastic rubber and even electric cables and telegraph wires. In 1894, the company patents the first tires for bicycles and then begins to actively participate in car races.

Over time, Pirelli products became popular in the world market due to the production of car tires, sportswear, footwear, accessories and even wall calendars. Pirelli activity was concentrated in two sectors: power cables and tires. In addition to the core business, the company was involved in the production of clothing and accessories. In 2002, Pirelli starts to develop and produce watches. The Italian company began to expand and soon created a collection of sunglasses and frames. Original design, comfort, individuality - these are the main features of Pirelli eyewear.
