Daniel Swarovski sunglasses and eyeglasses
In his childhood Daniel Swarovski dreamt to be a musician. In case he had made his wish true, the world would not have known the beauty of Swarovski crystal stones. At the age of 21, Daniel attended the "First Electrical Exhibition" in Vienna that inspired him to create a crystal-grinding machine. In 1892, he patented his invention and three years later founded the first factory producing crystal stones in Wattens, Austria. Together with his three sons, Daniel elaborated the production method ensuring the flawless crystals. Such kind of crystals was a success and readily bought by Paris fashion houses. At that time Swarovski mainly focused on production of jewelry stones. Today this brand includes the Swarovski Crystal (jewelry and couture, home décor, crystal glass sculptures), the Tyrolit business (grinding tools), Swareflex (road markings); Signity (gemstones) and Swarovski Optik (optical instruments).
Swarovski eyewear design is inherent in crystals. The shapes resembling a diamond and frames paved with crystals definitely create a glamorous and high-profile look. The brand name does not let drop a hint of doubt in quality and stylishness of eyeglasses.
