Shopping online is a great option for those who doesn’t like spend their time wandering in shopping malls. When it comes to glasses sometimes you don’t know how they going to look like on you until you try them on. And we fill disappointed when they simply don’t fit or the color is wrong, or it wasn’t the right size. Don’t worry, you can always return the frames.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days after receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If the item is found to be defective or not as listed, an exchange will be issued. However, we must be notified of a defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
Kindly note that in order to qualify for a return items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition:
- without showing signs of wear or damage;
- all original manufacturer items must be included (gift box, case, cleaning cloth, pouch, booklets – if there were any).
